Maxley uses a zero-trust architecture and never gets direct access to your Maximo system. Every action the AI proposes passes through a security gateway that enforces access rules before anything touches Maximo.
Maxley is also network-isolated. Your Maximo instance and Maxley communicate directly, and only Maxley reaches the AI provider. Your data never passes through shared infrastructure, is never stored, and is never used to train models.

- User-level data access. Maxley respects each user’s Maximo security profile, so responses only include data the user is authorized to access.

Maxley can use different generative AI models based on the task at hand. Some users may stay on a lower-cost standard model, while others can use a deep-thinking model for data analysis, development, or decision-support tasks.
You can also give users access to macros that use stronger models even if those users do not normally need premium model access.
